I can’t help but think of Moses, who was rescued from the river by Pharaoh’s daughter and raised in the palace, surrounded by everything wonderful. He must have received the best training, learning all that a king or prince needed to know (Ex 2:10, Acts 7:22). As a parent, I’ve always wanted the same for my children—I want to provide them with the best food, the best schools, and the best medical care.
